This is a fully online, 6-week movement experience with 2 guided workouts per week.
You’ll move through three progressive modules:
Module 1: Motor Control
Re-learn the fundamentals with your actual body, not an ideal on a screen.
We break down movements like squats, deadlifts, push ups and more, and teach you how to work within your current available range safely so you can build more flexibility and more control at the same time.Module 2: Strength
Once your foundations feel solid, we layer in challenge.
We introduce resistance to support muscle building and bone loading, and add fun mobility drills to increase your whole-body functional capacity.Module 3: Perform
Here you get to put it all together.
We gradually increase intensity while keeping everything you’ve learned about moving well, so training feels strong, safe, and satisfying.Plus, you get:

G’day, I’m Liz – a physiotherapist with 13 years of experience, a passionate movement lover, and your guide through Energise.
I care about helping you move well for the long term, so you feel strong, free and confident in your body, not just “worked out”. Movement to me is joy, curiosity and discovering what your body can do when it’s supported, not punished.
