Hey there!

I'm Liz.

I help my community feel stronger in their bodies through physiotherapy, education, and movement.

Throughout my journey as a physiotherapist, I’ve worked with countless clients who repeatedly struggled with the same injuries. This experience led me to adopt a whole-person approach, allowing me to better understand my clients, their goals, barriers, and the underlying causes of their issues.

Group classes became a natural extension of my work due to my passion for exercise. I love tailoring movements to meet the diverse needs of participants and focusing on essential areas of rehabilitation. I found myself thinking creatively to combine all my knowledge, training, and experience into fun, effective workouts.
